Every element making up this site (structure, navigation, text, logos, trademarks, photographs, video, illustrations, graphic elements, audio content, databases and software developments) is the exclusive property of the Nola restaurant, part of the Vizionr group. It is protected by copyright and intellectual property law, in particular Annex VII of the revised Bangui Agreement, as well as by the applicable international conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, publication or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Vizionr group. Unauthorised use may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.

The “NOLA” trademark, its logo and its visual variations are registered with OAPI. Any use without authorisation constitutes infringement.

Photographs shown on the site are credited to the company’s in-house photographers. Atmosphere visuals may feature people who have granted permission for the use of their image.

The data collected through the site’s forms (reservation, private hire, newsletter), its purpose, how long it is kept and the use of cookies are described in the privacy policy.

The site may contain links to third-party sites, in particular to the venue’s social networks or to partner booking platforms. Nola exercises no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, their privacy practices or their policies.

Linking to this site is permitted provided the links do not harm Nola’s image and are not established for commercial or advertising purposes without prior written consent.

Nola takes reasonable steps to keep the information published on the site accurate and current. However, information about programming, opening hours, prices, menus and availability is indicative and may change without notice.

Nola cannot be held liable for:
